Bali
Oh Bali, this Island is a real treasure. We spent 3 days in Bali. So I decided to make a little Bali Diary with my favourite places. I hope you enjoy it xx Lea
Seminyak
I really recommend staying in Seminyak. Its location is really good, you’re close to the beach and to the famous beach clubs, you have the best brunch options and its quite a lively area and a perfect place to stroll around by foot. Especially if you want to have some cocktails spontaneously in the evening you can just walk to the main street and enjoy yourself at the cafés, bars, and restaurants.
So heres a list of my favourite Cafés and Bars in Seminyak
Seacircus
The acai-bowl was just tooo yummy, and the wall is one of the most popular photo spots. Also this café is open in the evening for some snacks and Drinks.
Adress: Jl. Kayu Aya No.22, Seminyak, Kuta, Kabupaten Badung, Bali 80361, Indonesien
Sisterfields
An organic Café with yummy smoothies and healthy brunch options. PS: the restrooms are very photogenic, with pink and blue walls.
Café Organic
Oh my…. This café is a dream come true for me. Like all I ever wanted for breakfast: Matcha Pancakes with blueberries, smoothie bowls in coconuts fresh fruit and the entire café is so instagrammable. So on the last day we had breakfast there and then headed straight to the Potato Head beach club.
Matcha Pancake with Blueberries
Coconut Bowl
Potato Head Beach Club
One of the most famous beach clubs in Bali. And yesss it just awesome. We stayed there the entire day, just chilling at the pool, going to the beach, and enjoying some food (the tom yam soup and the dragonfruit smoothies are delicious btw) 😊
Entrance is free, but if you want a Liegestuhl you have a minimum consumption value. And be early, there were a bunch of people already queuing before the beach club even opened.
Motel Mexicola
Café-restaurant-Bar with a unique interior of course Mexican inspired.
Mad Pops
Vegan Icecream, based on coconutmilk, it is so delicious and you might have seen many bloggers taking their pictures there with the logo “ Ice cream is my Religion”
So Thats it for Seminyak
If your focus is mainly on parties, Kuta might be the better option to stay.
Ubud is in the middle of Bali, where you are surrounded by jungle and ricefields. If you go there plan at least one entire day.
Gusto Icecream
We went there by Car, and yes definitely one of the best ice creams I ever had. I loved the avocado and matcha icecream. SO gooood and its totally affordable.
Teggunungan Waterfall
I always feel calm and happy near waterfalls and the ocean.
The Rock Bar Bali
Located near Uluwatu, the Rockbar is a touristy thing but still its amazing. The food was yumm (deepfried bananas with vanillacream) and the sunset there was just breathtaking.
Uluwatu
Blue point beach – Uluwatu
This place during sunset is unreal. If you go there by car you’re on a cliff where the Single Finn Beach Club is located. You can take the stairs down to the beach. The caves and the beach look so beautiful with the golden light.
Its near the Padang Padang beach where some scenes of eat-pray-love was filmed.
Nusa Dua
Jetskiing spot: Nusa Dua and enjoying some fresh coconut water afterwards is the beest.
