Life’s a Beaut
Sometimes I catch myself when I’m just complaining about really small things. If you think properly about it it’s a joke actually. Sometimes something small can bother us so much even though we actually have the choice to not let it affect us. Instead of only seeing the bad things, you should be grateful for all the good things. I always try to remind myself that it’s not the end of the world if things don’t work out exactly the way I expected it. Everything will be all right, calm down. Count the gorgeous things in your life, maybe it’s helpful to make a little list for yourself for all the things you are grateful for and if you’re in a bad mood you can just read the list and hopefully feel better. There are so many different things to be grateful for 😀 Be grateful because you’re alive, you have friends, family, health, all the chances you get in your life…
Acceptance & Confidence
Acceptance is Key – This is something my Mom has always told me. It doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t change anything if you don’t like it. But it’s more about things that you really can’t change in this moment. Try to accept “now” and work for what you want. And try to make the best out of every situation. Confidence is also connected with acceptance. You can only be truly yourself and confident if you accept your body and “you” as a whole person –> With every flaw and imperfection (gawsh this sounded like the little things song from one direction 😀 ) No matter what people say still keep your head up and say yes to be yourself. If people don’t like you the way you are it’s their loss 😀 And people who don’t accept you are not worth an inch of attention.
Work hard and be Nice to people
People can really brighten your whole day by being friendly and attentive. While saying those positive words they have a great aura and spread the good mood wherever they go. What’s the bad thing about being positive and friendly ? – Nothing – So why not spread around some good energy and be friendly to people. Even if people don’t respond in a nice way, it’s their problem and not yours, just don’t take it personal, but have understanding that they may have a bad day or other issues.
